Nuestro propósito de cuidar la salud visual y auditiva de las personas lo llevamos a cabo en nuestros centros Optica2000 y +Visión que están distribuidos por toda España con más de 150 tiendas.Reporting directly to Store Operation Lead, we are looking for a Retail Project Manager to join our office in Barcelona.Mission: As a Retail Project Manager, your primary objective is to drive the implementation and integration of new processes, tools and standards within the region, ensuring flawless project execution from inception to completion. Drawing upon your expertise in project management and retail operations, you will lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes and uphold uncompromising standards of quality and efficiency. Central to this mission is the adept coordination of all project stakeholders, alongside providing transparent and comprehensive project status updates to the organization and the Store Operation Lead.Key Tasks:Oversee the complete project lifecycle, encompassing meticulous planning, proficient execution, vigilant monitoring, and decisive closure.Understand internal clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.Manage and influence multidisciplinary teams internally to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of contracts and delivery of services.Coordinate and allocate project resources with precision, including adept management of team members, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring the realization of project objectives within predefined scope, budget, and schedule constraints.Develop and uphold comprehensive project plans, schedules, and financial frameworks, meticulously aligning them with organizational imperatives and client expectations.Proficiently liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Spanish and Portuguese, furnishing regular and comprehensive updates on project progress, risk assessments, and issue resolution strategies.Conduct rigorous risk management assessments, proactively identifying potential impediments and devising robust mitigation strategies to forestall project impediments and ensure seamless progression.Preside over pivotal project meetings, including inaugural briefings, progress updates, and post-implementation evaluations, ensuring lucid communication channels and fostering accountability among project contributors.Leverage sophisticated project management methodologies and tools to streamline operational workflows and optimize project efficiency and efficacy.Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team ethos, fostering a culture of knowledge dissemination and continuous process refinement.Craft and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, effectively spotlighting project achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.Uphold stringent adherence to pertinent regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and organizational protocols throughout the project continuum.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.Demonstrable professional experience spanning 3-5 years in project management, ideally consulting or within a multinational context and in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality industries.Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory (both written and verbal); Knowledge of Portuguese is highly desirable.High level of presentation skills, underpinned by an ability to distill and articulate complex information cogently and persuasively to diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and document drafting. Experienced in advanced Excel features and creating visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint.Possession of an analytical acumen, fortified by a propensity for incisive problem identification, rigorous data analysis, and informed decision-making.Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an advantageous asset.
