PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Project Procurement Manager, to join our team based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain, to lead the purchasing activities for clients.The main responsibilities will be:Ensures that the Project policies, procedures, and schedules are aligned to the Procurement Department activities.Supervises and harmonizes the activities of the Expediter Coordinator and all buyers working on the Project.Defines with the Procurement Manager the policy to be followed for spare parts procurement and the conditions under which vendors will provide field supervisionManages the Procurement team assigned on permanent basis to the Project Task Force, if applicable.Makes sure that Buyers selects Vendors in accordance with the Project Vendor List .Follows all the phases related to the call for bids.Recommends a payment policy with the aim of avoiding a negative cash-flow balance.Requirements: Degree in Engineering or International Commerce.Experience: 7-10 years.English language/advanced.Negotiation and Leadership skills.Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector and new energies.Software management: Engineering, Procurement and Construction-Business or any other eTool .Additional information:Flexible schedule.Two days of remote work a week.23 days of vacation.Personalized flexible remuneration program.Possibility of national and international mobility with group officesWe take into consideration applicants with a disability certification.Your application will be considered only if is possible according to the requirements in Spain to contract foreigners legally.
