¡Trabajarás durante 20 horas a la semana,y el resto del tiempo es tuyo! • Buscamos gente extrovertida, dinámica e interesada en la ayuda humanitaria para trabajar como promotor/a de Cruz Roja en nuestro programa de captación de socios/as door to door.
• Las funciones consisten en informar en domicilio a la gente sobre el trabajo de Cruz Roja y animarles a colaborar con nosotros/as, ya que esto es imprescindible para poder financiar nuestros proyectos para ayudar a las personas más vulnerables.
Trabajarás siempre en equipo y contarás con apoyo constante para la consecución de tus objetivos Requisitos Requisitos mínimos.
• Residencia en la provincia.
• Actitud positiva..
• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio Valoraremos… • Experiencia y formación en atención y venta directa al público, tanto a empresas como a particulares.
• Valorable experiencia en el sector.
• Competencias personales.
Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales; actitud positiva y responsable; identificación con los valores de Cruz Roja; • Ser personal laboral o voluntario/a activo/a de Cruz Roja o pertenecer a alguno de los colectivos de población vulnerable contemplados en el Plan de Empleo de Cruz Roja.

Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde (20 horas semanales) • Salario fijo + importante sistema de comisiones • Proyecto estable y en crecimiento • Formación continua a cargo de Cruz Roja.
