Property ValuerWe are looking to increase our Listing Team. StartGroup has been established since 2003 and have offices in Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas and Torrequebrada. All sales and listing staff are certified by GIPE and the company is certified by AIPP and API-ANAI. The right candidate will get in-house training by the existing team as well as an official GIPE certification. You will be working as a part of the listings team with full support. Basic + commissions. Responsabilities:Property valuationsPhotos and 3D scansPreparation of sales documentationListing contractsRequirements:English and Spanish is mandatory. Other languanges a plus. Good knowledge of the coast is essential, especially the area between Marbella to Malaga. Experience is valued.
