You will be part of the Research & Development team.Role purpose:Ensure the quality of our software products, with focus on mobile, front-end, API, and cloud- based applications. Design, implement, and execute testing strategies and automation frameworks that align with our development practices. Work to ensure that our software products are performant, scalable, reliable, and meet the highest quality standards.Key job responsibilities:Design and execute load tests for our cloud-based applications.Work closely with product owners, developers, and technical leaders to integrate testing into the development process.Develop and maintain automated tests using modern frameworks and tools.Create and maintain testing documentation, ensuring accuracy.Stay updated on testing technologies, improving processes and frameworks.Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with DevSecOps.Coordinate with the Security team for consistent quality and security tests.Monitor and report on software quality, ensuring timely issue resolution.Confirm product compliance with standards.Assure the robustness and functionality of the operating system.Lead and mentor QA engineers.If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is a must.3-5 years of demonstrated experience in software quality assurance, with focus on mobile, front-end, and cloud-based applications.Proficiency in English.Good understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies, and experience with designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Appium, Selenium, or similar is a must.Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.Good understanding of the tester’s role in a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Experience or potential to lead a team of testers.Experience in testing mobile and front-end applications.Good understanding of load testing methodologies, such as stress testing, endurance testing, and spike testing.Experience with one or more load testing tools, such as JMeter, K6 or similar is a must.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailLeadership spirit and team orientedProactive, autonomous learnerResults orientedWhat do we offer?Entering into technological and innovative projects within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.Flexibility.
