QCM – TEMPORARY QUALITY CONFORMANCE MANAGER - MATERIAL SERVICES (TEMP AGENCY)

Descripción de puesto.
A temporary vacancy has arisen within Airbus Defense & Space in Tablada (Seville).
RESPONSABILITIES.
- You will act as focal point within the quality organization across department boundaries and to other departments/functions.
You will support the quality vision by creating and monitoring quality targets ensuring alignment with quality policy and standards.
- You will manage or carry out survey management of APQP (or any equivalent quality planning).
In this context, you will apply methods and tools aimed at preventing anomalies in order to support the business.
For the APQP methodology, you will contribute to risk analysis (decision tree) and the determination of APQP relevance and scope for a given project.
- You will manage or contribute to R&O identification and resolution, identifying risks or opportunities which could have a negative (risk) or positive (opportunity) effect on the achievement of the programme/project objectives.
- You will act pro-actively, strengthening prevention & surveillance within the business by defining, monitoring and evaluating KPIs (incl.
Cost of Non Quality), actively supporting business performance dialogue, identifying and analyzing issues (e.
.
nonconformance, cost of failure), highlighting impact and providing support/solutions for resolution and reoccurrence prevention as well as actively participating in process improvements.
In doing so, you will champion a learning culture that welcomes problems to continuously improve.
- In the frame of process surveillance, you will conduct process adherence activities.
You will conduct Operational surveillance for Quality Delegation in Operations.
You will conduct TLB fulfilling surveillance, ensure effectiveness of Internal Controls and perform routing sampling checks.
- You will manage process NCRs from initialization, root cause analysis, correction and prevention to close-out.
You will manage product / service NCRs from initialization, root cause analysis, correction and prevention to close-out.
- You will work proactively to improve the efficiency of the business processes, implementing new ways of working, launching and consolidating actions to ensure the organization is able to achieve its business plan.
This requires you to change from being a passive actor to being an active participant in the business processes.
- You will be responsible for conducting initiatives involving capturing, analyzing, implementing and documenting Lessons Learnt across the organization.
You will ensure implementation of actions that will increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- You will contribute to and integrate the implementation of top-down improvement initiatives with bottom-up needs, creating value for our customers, employees and stakeholders, bringing agility and maturity into the business.
- You will develop and maintain Quality Methods, instructions and documentation of the QMS.
- You will lead IT Projects for the development and in-service support of Quality Tools and their digital infrastructure - Quality Tools encompassing Core Tools and IT tools supporting Quality processes (e.
.
FMEA, SPC, NC, SAP, QSR tool, QLB tool, etc.).
SKILLS.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or Materials.
- Evolving in multi-cultural context.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- High level of English is required.
