We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What we look for?We are looking for a Quality Analyst who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, that is a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and saving accounts.As QA you are entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of ensuring the delivery of overall quality for your team or initiative.Your role includes implementing the governance strategies, to ensure a continued quality output.Your influence extends beyond execution, you serve as a trusted consultant within team, imparting knowledge and training other QAs as well as Engineers.Through collaborative efforts, you are informed and will give feedback around the test strategies and approaches, and tailor them to the unique needs of each project, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and robust validation processes.At the heart of the role lies the hands-on Analysis of change, creation, maintenance, and improvement of manual testing types within your team, whilst advocating opportunities to automate manual tasks (not confined to testing activity) to improve efficiency.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Mentorship of fellow QAs in your team or outcome team, including coaching others in Test Analysis skills and techniquesEncourage other Quality Analysts/Engineers in your team to improve their quality and testing mindset, along with analysis skills, to increase their abilities to apply the right testing at the right time.Implement broader quality governance processes as mandated by the enterpriseEnsure the Dev Teams consider the quality of the delivery outputDesign and implement the Test Approaches within your team and ensuring accurate Test Completion Reports are created and are reflective of both qualitative and quantitative feedbackContribute to bug and incident resolutionCreation, maintenance, and improvements of manual and process improvements tests within your teamAnalyse and contribute to decision-making on new features and developmentsFollow up of defined quality control metricsDesign and develop automated testsInnovate within your team and contribute within your technical domain💡 What do we expect from you?Experience in API TestingDeep understanding of REST APIsExperience in Performance Testing (Gatling is a plus)Experience in BDD with Cucumber using Gherkin language .
