Tu día a día se desarrollará desempeñando las siguientes funciones:.
Monitorear y asegura el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene..
Realizar controles de calidad en las etapas de producción..
Implementar y mantener los sistemas de gestión de calidad..
Analizar y evaluar los datos..
Investigar y desarrollar nuevas técnicas de investigación e innovación..
Realiza auditorías y certificaciones de calidad.
FORMACIÓN, COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES.
Grado en Innovación y Seguridad Alimentaria; Grado en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos; Grado en Tecnología de las Industrias Agrarias y Alimentarias, o similar..
Conocimientos consolidados de las normativas alimentarias..
5 años mínimo en las funciones descritas..
Pensamiento analítico, organización y planificación, trabajo en equipo y flexibilidad.
