This position is remote, you can work from anywhere in the world, overlapping for 3 or 4 hours with the PST time zone. You must have a passion for the gaming industry.You will be a key member of the transaction and business development team, working directly with leading gaming companies to support the completion of M&A and fundraising deals. You will be responsible for analyzing gaming-related business models, gathering and interpreting data and KPIs, researching business trends, contributing to reports and presentations and keeping up to date on the latest gaming developments. More broadly, you will have the opportunity to conduct industry and market research as well as create business overview decks used in communication with investors and buyers.Quantum Tech Partners is a boutique global gaming advisory firm that has closed over 70 transactions in its partnership history, exclusively representing companies like Jagex (developer of RuneScape) in their sale to Zhongji, Digital Extremes (developer of Warframe) in their sale to Leyou and Growtopia in their sale to Ubisoft. QTP collaborates with gaming founders and teams on the most important transactions in their business careers - growth financing and M&A.Requisitos deseados:Preferred SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical experience2+ years of financial analysis, data analysis, market research or a related fieldExperience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, and/or management consulting is highly preferredKnowledge and understanding of the key companies in the gaming, entertainment and/or software is highly preferredFluency in Microsoft Office / Google Docs Suite; Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerpointStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present data-driven insightsStrong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peersAttitudeOpen-minded and collaborativeGrowth Mindset.
