Could you be the full-time Railway Components Project Engineer (Quality Requirements) in Bilbao (Trápaga) we’re looking for?           Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your ability managing quality in projects to another level.
You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will ensure all quality factors required by the client for each phase of the project are met by Alstom standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, internal and external stakeholders), liase with quality and safety client teams as well as conduct the ICSS (Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys) along with the Project Manager in order to develop and deployed the specific action plan extracted from this analysis and much more.
You’ll be responsible to provide support for project audits, revisions and approvoals on the supplier quality systems, but also keep track of all action plan progresses.

Assist clients during the intalations inspections and also the providers/ suppliers performance.
Carry out periodic reports monitoring quality indicators and suggest improvements.
Ensure all quality factors required by the client for each phase of the project are met by Alstom standards.

Academic background.
University degree in Engineering or related studies.
Experience.
3-5 years working as a Project Manager in the Industrial sector.
Essential.
High level of English Deep knowledge of all the phases within the project as well as quality standards.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
