RAN ARCHITECT FOR MPN

Come and join us to create the future together!   Are you passionate about technology and experienced in connectivity and security solutions? Vodafone is seeking a RAN Architect for MPN to provide technical expertise in private mobile network solutions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales teams and customers to assess the feasibility of RAN, design and document complex solutions, and explore technological requirements across various industries.
You will work closely with vendors and product teams to ensure that product evolution aligns with customer needs.
You will drive the development of rapid prototyping for new capabilities in test and PoC environments, defining test scenarios and success criteria.
This role involves partnering with multiple stakeholders to design bespoke MPN solutions for multinational clients.
Some travel will be required as you engage directly with customers to ensure that solutions are not only fit-for-purpose but are also seamlessly deployed and operated within Vodafone.
The responsabilities include.
Capture and interpret customer requirements and design complex and custom mobile/fixed solutions to meet customer requirements.
Able to help “sell” the solution by providing clear links between business challenges and solutions as an enabler to solve these.
Provide a detailed RAD design solution assessment for the PoC and future expansions.
Document solution in RFP responses, proposals, and High-Level Designs  Build accurate scalable cost models and provide input into pricing strategy.
Cooperating with and coordinating different departments of the company at central and local level, e.
Product Management, Legal & Regulatory, operational support and obtain necessary support for the definition of solution proposals.
What you bring.
Deep experience in RAN design Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, having worked within multi-disciplinary virtual teams, ideally in the telecoms or IT sector, providing complex mobile/fix network solutions.
Ability to present to internal stakeholders and up to C-level customers in a Sales engagement – specifically proven experience in being an industry SME in mobile connectivity solutions with the capability to run innovation & thought leadership workshops to build customer strategy (like 5G evolution) beyond current requirements.
Experience in dealing with large corporate customers in a solution design or consultancy role.
Advanced English level.
