Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting RAN Engineer to join their project in Spain.Position Title:RAN EngineerPosition Type:Permanent Start Date:ASAPLocation:Spain (remote)Contact:Ashwini Chawan | +49 (0) 89 23 88 9833Qualifications: Telecommunication technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RANs.Experience in radio equipment at Huawei and Ericsson in the above technologies.Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience in RAN network management.Solid knowledge in the support processes for a Tier 1 Operator in the field of RAN in mobile operators.With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that conform them.With capacity of analysis, troubleshooting and solution proposals and subsequent actions.Functions:Management of N1 incidents, RAN diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.Preparation of reports according to shift changes.Tools:Systems for activity and job reception, incident management and BTPs: iGRI, GRI.Network Elements Management Systems: owner of the RAN manufacturers involved.Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.Case escalation: iGRI, CEX.MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and WordLanguage: Spanish mandatoryEnglish would be an asset.
