As a result, the company’s expertise on property related matters, market trends and lifestyle are recognized both nationally and internationally.Work with us today and be part of one of the top real estate agencies in Spain where your success is guaranteed!Main responsibilities Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas FoxBusiness development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etcDeal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post completion of the sales dealsManage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers in order to close dealsKeep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activityRequirementsPrevious experience in commercial areas - specific knowledge of Girona's key areas.Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalán (other languages are a plus).Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top resultsFinancially and results-oriented and able to work in an international collaborator teamProactive with a ‘can-do’ attitudeOrganized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on personOutstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clientsBenefitsFull-time permanent contract Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days Weekly language classes during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox)Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.Extensive initial & ongoing trainingBeing part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career developmentA modern, international & professional working environmentWe work hard and have fun!
