responsibilities.
assist with property listings and marketing efforts to attract potential tenants.
conduct property viewings and assist in tenant screenings and lease negotiations.
support the property management team in overseeing maintenance requests and resolving tenant issues.
perform property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
assist with mail pick up and distribution for managed properties.
support financial tasks, including rent collection, invoice processing, and budget management.
contribute to market research and analysis to stay updated on rental trends in barcelona.
assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
