The Team We are Landing Strategists to assist Real Estate investment and projects in Spain.We also legally assist any business that may have an impact on real estate assets directly or indirectly: Wills, Inheritances, Donations, Economic Matrimonial Regime, dealings with Notaries and the Land Registry among others. We strive for autonomous and independent ways of workingGrowth opportunities, both locally and globallyDiversity: no day is the same and there is never a dull momentYou have:A Law degree (with bar registration) and at 2 - 4 years of experience in Real EstateExperience drafting and negotiating real estate sales and acquisition agreements and lease agreements.Knowledge about urban planning law and land regulation.Property due diligence and review necessary documents.Experience with licensing, zoning and registration of real estate property within the city halls and real estate register.A passion for developing strategic partnerships and providing support to Marketing in generating content and campaigns.A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together.
