We're expanding and looking for an International Sales Agent to join the fantastic Lucas Fox team in Barcelona.At Lucas Fox, we pride ourselves on our diverse portfolio of luxury properties across Spain. Join us and become part of one of Spain’s top real estate agencies where your success is a priority!What You'll Be Doing:Handle the entire sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals.Manage client interactions from initial contact with potential buyers to deal completion and beyond.Collect and verify all necessary property documentation, and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring our commission policy is adhered to.Keep our CRM up-to-date with client requirements and maintain your personal database in line with commercial needs.Maintain client relationships by providing regular feedback and market status reports to vendors.What We're Looking For:Experience in the real estate sector, particularly in key areas of Barcelona.Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishProfessional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.Financially driven and able to work well in an international team.Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.Organized, flexible with working hours, and hands-on.BenefitsFull-time permanent contractCompetitive salary plus attractive variable compensation23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal daysWeekly language classes, during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox)Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.Extensive initial & ongoing trainingBeing part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career developmentA modern, international & professional working environmentWe work hard and have fun!
