Our LEED-certified residence in the vibrant 22@ area of Poblenou offers 250 studio apartments, extensive common areas (including a rooftop pool, two gyms, restaurant, café, game room, cinema room, and more), and a variety of high-end services designed to enhance our student residents' living experience and professional potential.Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our Student Residence Community Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, students, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.We are seeking a candidate with full-time availability to work rotational shifts that range from 7:00 - 15:00, 10:30 - 18:30, and 15:00 - 23:00, including weekends.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, students, and visitors with inquiries and servicesAssist with creating content for social media (e.g., filming videos, editing pictures, etc.).Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficientlyPromote and organize community events to encourage interactions among residents and students.Assist with scheduling and coordinating on-site amenities and services, including the language academy, gym, and common areasFamiliarity with hotel PMS systems (we use MEWS) is a plusSupport and communicate sustainability initiatives and policies to residents and visitorsAct as a point of contact for emergencies, ensuring resident safety and well-beingQualificationsHigh level of fluency in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (no overnight shifts required)Strong organizational and communication skillsBenefits:Salary starting from €21,000+ annually, depending on local convenio and experience levelSeeking immediate start date Please apply in English, as it is the primary language of our international student residenceFree meals
