Join a global company that values collaboration, innovation, and the development of its most important asset—its people.We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / Labour Relations for one of our multinational clients based in Madrid, to partner with business leaders, navigate complex HR challenges, and contribute to our continued success.What You’ll DoStrategic HR Partner: Work closely with senior management to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.Collaborate Across Functions: Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.Employee Advocate: Be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.Drive HR Projects: Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.Influence & Advise: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters, from local labor law to strategic decision-making.Global Interaction: Work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.What You BringEducational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies (MBA preferred).8+ Years of HR Expertise: Experience in Senior HRBP or HR Management roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.Generalist HR Profile with Strong Expertise in the following CHR Areas: Proven experience and deep knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Organization, and mainly, Labour Relations.Experience with Works Councils and Union Negotiations: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with employee representatives, works councils, and unions to drive successful outcomes.Labour Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local labour legislation, including compliance, contracts, and employee relations matters.Business Acumen: A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring success through people.Communication Mastery: Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels.Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and HR strategy.Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to align HR strategies with business needs, balancing both operational and strategic objectives.Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with various business leaders to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and drive negotiations with a focus on business outcomes and employee satisfaction.Languages: Native Spanish speaker with C1+ or C2-level English proficiency.Why You’ll Love Working with UsImpactful Role: Play a key part in shaping HR strategy within a global organization.Career Growth: We invest in your professional development and provide opportunities to grow in a multinational setting.Collaborative Culture: Work in a dynamic, inclusive environment with like-minded professionals.Global Reach: Be part of a diverse team and collaborate with colleagues from all over the world.If you’re ready to elevate your HR career and make a meaningful impact in a global company, apply now!
