REGIONAL QUALITY HEAD

Global Head of Quality - Pharmaceutical Company Location.
Spain The Global Head of Quality will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations in the global region.
This role involves overseeing quality management for a multinational team, with first and second line management responsibilities.
This vacancy is for a pharmaceutical company on the brink of launching an innovative new drug in the next 24 months.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and manage a team of 5+ quality professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Oversee quality operations across various countries and distribution centers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for the new drug launch.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to maintain high standards.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
Manage cold chain logistics to ensure the integrity and safety of temperature-sensitive products.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.
., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology).
Proven experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of cold chain management.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
