Role Overview.
Engage with highprofile clients of a leading European digital bank providing expert financial advice and introducing cuttingedge banking products with attractive returns.
Key Responsibilities.
Deliver exceptional customer support via calls emails WhatsApp and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market.
Handle inquiries related to banking services account management transfers and more.
Manage backoffice tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards.
Monitor and report anomalies in applications ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Achieve set quality standards and sales targets.
Requirements.
Education.
Preferably a degree in Business Administration Mathematics or Law.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
Language Skills.
Fluent in German at a C2 level.
Skills and Competencies.
Customerfocused with strong empathy and active listening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to grasp new concepts independently.
Strong commercial acumen and adeptness in client interactions.
Effective problemsolving skills and a proactive resultsoriented approach.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving technologies.
Experience.
Previous banking experience is advantageous.
