The main responsibility of this post is to provide technical support to complete projects undertaken at the lab under the supervision of the Study Manager or Lab Manager in charge.
The tasks required to be undertaken include.
Isolation and organ culture of hair follicle, skin and/or annexes for different projects Fixation and embedding of tissue Cryo and paraffin sections Performing various immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence stains  Use of immunofluorescence and light microscopy Taking images and performing image analysis, using various programs (e.
.
BZ-Analyzer, BZ viewer and ImageJ) General organization of the lab including forward planning and logistics regarding samples, equipment and materials required, that is organizing shipments from and to the laboratory, and also overseeing and maintaining stock of media, chemical and other consumables.
Participating in scientific lab meetings Qualifications Completed training as a Medical / Biological-technical assistant or an honors bachelor degree in a relevant subject or an advanced student in a related field.
Experience in biological research laboratories and with laboratory techniques Good to have knowledge in immunohistochemistry and routine histology Good knowledge of Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Sound knowledge of English (Company language.
