Think of us as your trusted guide, leading your organisation through the landscape of modern tech adoption, ensuring every step is taken with confidence and foresight.Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set encompassing everything from architectural decisions to the specification and implementation of IP blocks, as well as the validation of components in a laboratory environment. You should have a strong understanding of RF design principles and be capable of taking projects from concept through to execution. Key Responsibilities:





Validation and Evaluation of RFIC in the Lab: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of RFICs, ensuring functionality and performance meet design specifications.

Collaborate and Troubleshoot with IP Designers: Work closely with IP designers to troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of each IP.

Development of Test Environment Software: Create and enhance software for test environments, tailored to meet project-specific requirements.

Project-Specific Test Cases and Instrument Drivers: Develop and implement test cases and instrument drivers, and continuously improve the test environment to support evolving project needs.

Support Test Board Development: Assist in the development and optimisation of test boards for RFIC validation.

Result Analysis and Reporting: Handle data analysis, present findings clearly, and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making and future improvements.
Requirements:
MSEE or PhD degree in a relevant field.
Strong proficiency in performing IC measurements.
Experience in mm-wave design is a plus.
Familiarity with state-of-the-art testing instruments.
Prior experience with cellular standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
