VN June INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS Dentro del equipo de Automation Engineering buscamos un nuevo perfil.
Robotics Engineer, que se encargará de participar en la planificación de los robots, simulación virtual en entorno 3D, programación en offline, y puesta en marcha en las instalaciones Se integrará dentro de un equipo joven, dinámico y altamente capacitado.
Funciones.
Participación en el diseño de los robots, partiendo de unas especificaciones de Cliente y presupuestarias, y en colaboración con los departamentos de Control, Eléctrico y Mecánico.
Simulación de los robots en entorno virtual con el diseño 3D real de la estación, con el fin de validar la funcionalidad del robot.
En esta fase se colabora de forma muy estrecha con el departamento de Mecánica con el fin de alcanzar un diseño lo más optimo posible del entorno de trabajo.
Realización de la programación en offline de los robots.
La programación debe ser acorde al estándar de software para distintas marcas de robot.
Participación en la puesta en marcha de los robots en instalaciones propias y de Cliente.
Documentación del proyecto referido a la parte de los robots, calibraciones, etc.
También se integrará en el área de Visión Artificial, colaborando en funciones de diseño, programación y puesta en marcha de sistemas de Visión.
Participación en proyectos internos de I+D+i y estandarización.
Requerimientos.
Grado universitario o Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Automatización y Robótica industrial o equivalente.
Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años en programación y puestas en marcha de robots en entornos industriales, preferiblemente Fanuc o Kuka.
Se valorarán conocimientos en Visión Artificial, preferiblemente Cognex o Keyence, y en PLC.
Nivel alto de inglés y disponibilidad para viajar.
Capacidad en gestión de proyectos y equipos de trabajo, ya que a medio plazo debe ser capaz de liderar proyectos de robótica que se ejecuten con recursos externos a la empresa.
Persona con inquietudes, metódica, resolutiva, proactiva y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
