This is a stable position with a permanent contract directly with the software company (we will handle the selection process) If you live in Barcelona, you have to work 1 day a week in their offices, 4 days a week remotely.
If you live out of Barcelona, you can fully telework The role will be part of the Customer Success Management team based in Barcelona, and will contribute to the optimal health of their customers assigned, assuring retention and promoting expansion among them They will follow on the best practices of the company Customer Success function, segmenting the customer base properly, creating the best expansion strategy for the customers assigned, and ensuring that these customers thrive, by providing exceptional service, fostering lasting relationships, and contributing to product enhancements On the customer management side, the Customer Success Manager will act as a subject matter expert, willing to prescribe best solution to their customer base On the reporting side they will follow on Customer Success targets and KPI’s, according to the directives given by the Customer Success Leader (and the Organisation KPI’s) The KPI’s are gross dollar churn (retention) and MRR expansion.
For each CSM in terms of objectives, they must maintain retention (gross dollar churn) below 8% and the annual MRR expansion objective would be 20 thousand euros Renewals are included in the responsibility of the position Between 20 and 30 clients would be managed The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing customer retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
Condiciones salariales The salary range could be euros per year, gross, depending on experience + variable (25% depending on objectives) + discounted private health insurance + company – sponsored courses and attendance to events
