We are now expanding into the Spanish market, leveraging Global Payments' established network.
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Partnership Manager to lead this exciting growth.
Role Overview.
As the Sales and Partnership Manager for the Spanish market, you will be responsible for establishing Como's presence in Spain, building strategic partnerships, and driving software sales.
You'll work closely with Global Payments to tap into existing networks, identifying and nurturing new opportunities for Como.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise, partnership-building skills, and technical know-how, particularly with software integrations.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with experience in software sales and an understanding of the CRM/loyalty landscape.
Key Responsibilities.
Market Entry & Business Development.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market.
• Identify and approach potential clients and partners within Global Payments' network and outside it.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring sustainable growth.
Partnership Management.
• Leverage Global Payments' partnerships to promote Como's solutions.
• Develop new strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
Sales.
• Present Como's CRM and loyalty solutions to prospects, emphasizing their value to potential customers.
• Close deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Technical Support & Integrations.
• Collaborate with Como's technical team to oversee software integrations for new clients.
• Translate customer needs into actionable solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Market Research & Reporting.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Spain.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications.
• Language Skills.
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Experience.
2-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or SaaS products.
• Partnership Expertise.
Proven ability to build and manage successful partnerships.
• Technical Knowledge.
Familiarity with software integrations and understanding of CRM/loyalty systems.
• Sales Skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability.
Comfortable working independently to establish a new market presence.
