Moreover, we are present in 80 countries through some 1,500 retail outlets and with more than 3.000 employees.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate 20H (Fluent Chinese) for our Boutique in Barcelona (Spain). As Sales Associate, you contribute to achieve sales goals, productivity and service by utilising Longchamp selling skills, and Longchamp Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. You will represent Longchamp to the customers, act as an ambassador of the brand and ensure customers’ needs are exceeded.WHAT YOU WILL DOReception & Customer ServiceGreeting and assisting local and international customers, adopting a proactive approach when introducing them to the brand, collections, and product lines.Listening to and identifying the customer's needs.Provide exceptional customer service by following established sales procedures.Developing an effective sale pitch.Demonstrating proficiency in complementary and additional sales techniques.Delivering after-sales service, dealing with any customer dissatisfaction & complaints by offering solutions which best meet customers' needs.Sales and promotions preparations.ClientelingBuilding customer loyalty and ensuring personalised follow-up to maintain ongoing and appropriate contact with the customer.Developing and actively monitoring the store's customer portfolio using the CRM resources available.OperationsKey holder for opening and closing the store, if applicable and as required.Opening and closing the checkout, cashing up when necessary.Ticketing when necessary.Deliveries and Floor replenishment, when necessary.Ensuring that the store operates efficiently.Ensuring that products are displayed in line with the company's image and merchandising standards.Assisting with annual and rolling stock-takes.Assisting with stock control and suggesting where restocking may be required.YOUR PROFILEExperience in Retail or SalesBased in Barcelona or surrounding areas (Spain)Position: Part Time 20HContract: PermanentLanguages: Spanish & Chinese Proficiency (English or other languages are a plus)University education or a Fashion school degree or similar are a plus.Management skills to operate the point of sale system.Strong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with customers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence, flexible, excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.Ability to work under pressure, ease of multi-tasking and maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.Strong team player.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salaryMonthly and annual performance bonusesGenerous holiday allowance (+ 5 more days after your first year + 1 more day in your second year, and so on).Employee Support Program: psychological assistance 24H/7, 365 days/year for the employee and their family members.Private health cover after qualifying period.Staff discountCareer development opportunities.Entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.Inclusion & DiversityLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognising the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
