We need experienced Sales Associates to work.
- 20 hours a week from Monday to Sunday.
- High level of English, B2-C1.
- Another language is highly valued.
- The contract is for long-term leave of absence.
- We need energetic and positive people who are willing to work.
- Immediate onboarding.
What you can expect.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store objectives, as well as improve KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions.
Be able to respond to inquiries about the price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure that all customer orders and modifications are resolved efficiently and promptly.
- Optimize sales with product knowledge, leveraging the best advantage to recommend and attract customers' attention to products, in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Take advantage of every opportunity to capture customer data to expand the HUGO BOSS database, and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Your profile.
- Experiencia demostrable en Ventas Retail dentro de una marca de Moda.
- Capacidad de afrontar cambios - Excelente Imagen personal - Poder llevar a cabo varias tareas a la vez y finalizarlas con éxito.
- Profesionalidad - Dominio del Inglés.
Se valorarán otros idiomas.
