We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assocate / Researcher with a strong proficiency in social media to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in driving sales and enhancing client engagement. This role requires a blend of sales skills, client service excellence, and social media savvy.
This role has high earning potential due to the commission structure and industries supported.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including client research, outreach
and follow-ups, order processing, and pipeline management.
Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
2. Industry Research:
Develop and implement client research strategies, particularly focused on social
media, to drive new business and industry awareness.
Create, curate, and manage engaging client outreach content across a variety of
social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for client inquiries and engage with followers to
build a loyal community.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
3. Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with Operations to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.
Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns and new business strategies.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and partnerships with creators and brands
4. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Assist in developing personalized client outreach programs.
Support the execution of loyalty programs and promotional events.
5. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Manage appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or
a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in sales support, client service, and social media
management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and client service practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools.
Personal Attributes:
