HUGO BOSS is seeking for a Sales Associate to join in one of our store teams in A coruña, Ramón y Cajal 57-59 for the new opening HUGO BLUE!.
- Retail experience 2 years.
- 35 hours per week. 5 days 7 hours per day.
- Shop in Shop experience (ECI Experience).
- Incorporation on April.
- English C1 Advantage Level.
- Young mentality, Confortable with new fashion retail.
- Weekly rotating Schedules.
- English C1 Advantage Level.
- Immediate incorporation.
The project is a new opening of the HUGO BLUE corners shop in shop..
Qué puedes esperar:
• To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
• To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise
• To ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
• To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer's attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities
Tu perfil:
• Indispensable experiencia previa en retail y atención al cliente, así como un excelente conocimiento del sector de moda de lujo.
• Pasión y conocimiento de la marca.
• Actitud comercial.
• Excelentes habilidades comunicativas en todos los niveles.
• Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a las necesidades del negocio.
• Voluntad de aprendizaje y desarrollo continuo.
• Utilización óptima de los equipos y sistemas.
• Alto nivel de conocimiento y concienciación cultural.
• Observador en cuanto a las necesidades del cliente.
• Valorable el conocimiento de un segundo idioma (hablado y escrito).
