Buscamos un Sales Associate/ Cashier para nuestro store BOSS Store Paseo de Gracia ( Barcelona)
Qué puedes esperar:
• Proporcionar niveles excelentes de servicio al cliente y superar las expectativas del cliente en cada oportunidad.
• Maximizar cada oportunidad de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la tienda y los indicadores KPI individuales.
• Identificar las necesidades del cliente y responder a todas las preguntas relacionadas con los productos.
• Ser capaz de responder a consultas sobre precio, ubicación, características, beneficios y uso de los productos de HUGO BOSS.
• Asegurar que todos los pedidos y alteraciones de los clientes se completen de manera eficiente y a tiempo.
• Optimizar el conocimiento del producto para recomendar y llamar la atención del cliente sobre los productos con el fin de maximizar las oportunidades de venta.
Tu perfil:
• Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
• Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
• Always presents a professional image
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances
• Fuent English or/and fluent Chinese
