Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.Preferable with 1 year Tele-profiling &/or Tele-marketing experience is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Client-facing experience or customer service experience in a BPO is an advantageThe ability to navigate and progress the sales process long, complex sales cyclesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational and client-service skillsWho is TDCX?
