Our new Sales Development Programme is a fast-paced year long training programme that is designed to upskill and accelerate you as entry level B2B sales talent.
Through our two phase programme you will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience as well as be provided with an in-depth training plan to ensure you know all you need to know about how to become a dynamic and top performing Account Manager and B2B sales professional.

This programme is officially based in our HQ in Leopardstown however participants will get to enjoy all the benefits of our hybrid and flexible working models.
Who are we looking for?   A resilient, self-starter in their early career looking to start on the journey of a sales career path  A passion for the customer and innovation  Strong communication and administrative skills A hunger for growth & sales experience  Determined to succeed Strong sales administrative skills a plus.
Eligible to work in Ireland for the entire programme.
Preference for third level, level 7 or above qualification, however not required.
Minimum requirement is leaving certificate with a minimum 3years relevant work experience.
