He/she may be assisted by a Sales Assistant.3.DUTIES, ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION>The Sales Executive is responsible for :Developing a customer portfolio and building customer loyalty: Canvassing and following up prospects contactedAcquiring new customers: identifying needs, designing the offer, obtaining the contract.Drawing up the quotations needed to prepare commercial offersResponding to calls for tenderBuild loyalty and develop existing accounts by regularly monitoring customer needsHelping to optimize margins and profitabilityFollow up on PCDsAssess the customer's outstanding requirementsProduce dashboards, customer reports, statistics, mailings, etc.> Setting up accounts:- Ensuring that accounts are properly integrated with operational and financial departments and monitoring the quality of service provided- Communicate all useful information (regulatory, commercial and operational developments) to operational and financial departments- Set up the customer's organization and tariffs in the operational tool- Help optimize margins and profitability- Manage customer disputes> Supporting operational staff during the deployment phases for a customer:- Drafting SOPsEnsuring good internal communication:- Working closely with other sales staff to pursue the Group's strategy (sales lead)- Manage customer relations tools- Keeping an eye on the competition in the market- Reporting regularly to your line manager- Possibly set up and take part in sales campaigns 4.Requirements : • Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience in Sales in the Freight Forwarding industry with both Account Management and Development• 2-5 years’ experience in freight forwarding / logistics / transportation industry required• Proven sales track record in developing new business with existent client portfolio• Sound understanding and knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry; with Eastbound knowledge would be a plus• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer requirements to develop innovative solutions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good command of written and spoken Spanish and English What we offer:Progressive salary and follow-up of the individual path: integration, training, and skills development.Close-knit and attentive management in a flat structure: 94% have confidence in the management!Profit-sharing and profit-sharing bonuses: more than 30% of CLASQUIN’s profits are redistributed to employees.Holiday vouchers and gift vouchersEncouraging work-life balance: 90% of our employees are satisfied with the flexibility given to work.Want to know more?
