Working next to experienced Managing Directors and Partners at Alpha Group, you get first-hand training on how to get the job done.• Natural and sustainable professional growth leading to making Partner at Alpha Group.• Driven team, a high-performance culture & quarterly incentives➡️ What you bring to the table:• You have 1-3 years of experience (valued but not essential) in Sales or Business Development.• You are commission-driven and ambitious with a genuine push to get ahead in all areas of your life.• You have a competitive edge that is driven by the need to win.• You carry a social personality and possess exceptional communication skills.• You are a self-motivated and resilient individual that welcomes challenges.• You have a strong “why”. A fire to win for yourself and for your team.➡️ What you’ll be doing:• Building your pipeline. Researching and qualifying potential high-value corporate clients.• Engaging and consulting with C-level executives of medium-large businesses (€30m - €500m turnover). Cold calling will be your primary method of engaging opportunities.• Uncovering pain points. Examine your clients’ businesses and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.• Learning. Exposure to six senior mentors (consisting of Managing Directors and Partners at Alpha) to support you through your professional development. Your mentors will show you how they have grown their own seven-figure portfolios.• Working closely with strategists and analysts on how to present valuable risk management solutions to your clients – ultimately, learning how to develop these solutions on your own.Applying:📧 Interested in applying?
