KANZEN DESIGN provides professional presentation design services for consultants, managers, and start-ups. We offer top-level professional designs that are delivered in less than 48 hours, ensuring absolute confidentiality and ease of use and registration. Our goal is to increase the productivity of consultants and managers by allowing them to focus on their core business. Our team is composed of senior designers who have previously worked in the design departments of leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, FTI Delta, Monitor Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, and Kearney.We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company revenue targets.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team quotas.Acquisition of new clients and developing the existing client portfolioUtilise HubSpot to manage and optimise the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and monitor client interactions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts.Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and product positioning strategies.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.Qualifications:Demonstrated 1-3 years experience managing a sales team3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or similar technology-driven sales roles.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Extensive knowledge and experience using HubSpot CRM for sales management and performance tracking.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and performance data.Experience in B2B sales and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.Fluent in Spanish and English
