Soy Alejandro Martínez, Freelance Headhunter de Barcelona.
Estoy buscando: Sales Manager & Business Development para la oficina de Barcelona.
Mi cliente: Empresa Española Venta CRM B2B y proyectos BI & Data, con Headquarters en Barcelona y con oficinas en Madrid, Andalucía y Canarias. Están especializados en los sectores de Gran Consumo y Pharma.
Objetivo: es una empresa con clientes grandes y recurrentes y quieren a una persona desarrollando nuevo negocio dentro de esos dos sectores. Al inicio este rol será muy hunter, sin gestión de equipo pero a medida que se crezca pasará a ser un role 50% hunter 50% KAM, con gestión de equipo.
Tareas
Reportando a la Directora Comercial, esta persona será clave para identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a nivel Nacional:

Buscar, identificar y desarrollar activamente nuevas oportunidades de venta & nuevos clientes
Elaborar y presentar propuestas comerciales (incluyen presentaciones y demos de producto/software)
Convertirte en una persona experta en la oferta de soluciones CRM Automation y Business Intelligence
Consecución de un objetivo de ventas y seguimiento de métricas clave
Trabajar en equipo con el resto de los departamentos (Customer Service, Project management…) para proporcionar la mejor experiencia posible a los clientes
Comunicación efectiva (interna y externa) de las iniciativas en marcha y otros temas relevantes
Preparación de informes sobre el estado de las cuentas
Gestión de clientes (Account Manager a medio plazo)

Requisitos

+12 años de experiencia a nivel de desarrollo ventas (perfil hunter). Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en ventas SaaS B2B
Imprescindible tener contactos y experiencia en Gran Consumo y/o Pharma/OTC
Experiencia en entornos CRM. Implicación en la implantación de soluciones para la gestión del proceso comercial: fuerza de ventas, ventas CRM, soluciones de servicio al cliente, etc.
Experiencia en procesos de venta largos (6 meses – 1 año)
Capacidad para comunicarse, presentar e influir en las partes interesadas clave en todos los niveles de una organización (interna y cliente)
Dominio en Microsoft Office Suite

Beneficios

Ubicación: Barcelona ciudad
Compensación: 55k - 75€ fijo + variable a definir
Paquete de retribución flexible + seguro médico (a partir 6º mes)
Teletrabajo: 2 días/semana
