Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager - Country Opener, you will lead market entry and growth for Spain and neighboring South of France. You will spearhead sales operations, build a high-performing sales team, and establish a strong presence for the brand. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a strong drive to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the country launch strategy, including market research and identifying key opportunities.
Build, lead, and manage a powerhouse sales team to drive revenue growth.
Establish strong relationships with clients and partners in the agricultural and forestry sectors.
Promote platform, ensuring customers understand the value of our products and services.
Monitor and report on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align business strategies.
Take full ownership of sales targets, pipelines, and market expansion efforts.
Regularly travel within the country and abroad to meet clients and partners.
