You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving process improvements. This pivotal position will include managing our Pipedrive CRM, implementing new sales practices, delivering insights through data analysis, and assisting with legal documentation. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and have a passion for optimising sales processes, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities1. Pipedrive Management & Expertise



Oversee and maintain our Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data entry.
Coordinate the handover of leads between Sales team members, clarifying ownership and next steps.
Providein-depth expertise on the Pipedrive system, advising on best practices and advanced features.
Implement and manage automation workflows to streamline sales activities.
Train Sales colleagues on optimising CRM usage, troubleshooting issues, and upholding data quality standards.2. Implementation of New Practices


Drive the rollout and adoption of new sales processes, practices, and technologies to enhance team efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to define best practices and standardise procedures across the Sales function.
Continuously assess and refine our sales process to minimise bottlenecks and improve performance.3. Sales Reporting & Analytics


Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics (pipeline health, win rates, forecast accuracy, etc.).
Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing data-driven insights to Velexa leadership.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align forecasting and ensure consistency in reporting.4. Legal Framework Support


Partner with Legal and Sales teams to prepare and review customer contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of all legal documents in a centralised repository with proper version control.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


Work hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to address cross-functional needs and challenges.
Coordinate relevant resources and provide updates on project milestones, facilitating smooth communication.
Assist with any operational issues arising within the Sales function, offering swift and effective solutions.What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven background in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar role.


CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Pipedrive (or equivalent systems), including automation and data management.


Analytical Mindset: Adept at creating reports, analysing sales metrics, and offering actionable recommendations.


Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams.


Legal Documentation Exposure: Familiarity with sales-related legal documents is a plus.


Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
