Join Our New Team as a Sales Representative in Diabetes Management Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for 6 Sales Representative to join our team across Spain and promote innovative diabetes management products and services.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Position Title.
Sales Representative Contract Type.
Fixed Term Territory.
Barcelona Key Responsibilities.
Promote and Sell.
Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
Build Relationships.
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Drive Prescriptions.
Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
Customer Engagement.
Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
Educate and Demonstrate.
Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
Strategize.
Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
Meet Targets.
Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
Support HCPs.
Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.
Market Intelligence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.
Required Knowledge and Experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.
Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market, typically obtained through education and sales experience.
Valid Driving Licence.
Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a plus.
