BMSK Group is an international, B2B, private healthcare solutions provider, dedicated to providing premium products with the latest technology, to help medical centers, blood banks, hospitals and laboratories in providing the best diagnostics and treatment equipment. The company employs 20 people in offices in Spain, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates and operates in many countries, mainly in the Middle East, the Gulf region and Africa.  In line with the company's strategic growth plans, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist in the Madrid office.Job Description:The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to achieve their targets by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. This role ensures smooth communication and coordination between the sales team and other departments, such as logistics, customer service, finance, and regulatory. The ideal candidate will embody BMS' core values of empathy, reliability, flexibility, and knowledgeability.Key Responsibilities:•       Sales Support:Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.•       Customer Relationship Management:Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.•       Order Processing:Coordinate with logistics, finance, and regulatory departments to ensure timely delivery of products and compliance with regulations.•       Communication:Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.•       Data Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.Analyse sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.•       Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant information to the sales team.Qualification Requirements:•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.•       Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.•       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•       Knowledge of the medical equipment or healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is a plus.•       Proficiency in English.
