They are a leader in 13 countries, serving 80 million patients monthly with innovative digital tools and solutions for doctors and healthcare institutions.They are now seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and grow their outbound sales team in Spain. This role is ideal for an experienced SaaS sales leader with a passion for coaching, strategic thinking, and driving performance in high-growth settings.Role OverviewAs Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of five talented sales professionals, reporting to the Sales Director. Your mission: to elevate team performance, develop effective outbound strategies for the clinical market, and drive seamless sales execution from pipeline management to closing.This is a unique opportunity to shape the team’s impact in a key region, developing a unified approach to the healthcare sector where the latest AI products are emerging.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and ManagementLead and mentor a high-performing outbound sales team, aligning with company objectives and sales targets.Own the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, fostering a high-performance culture.Implement structured coaching programs, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.Sales ExecutionDrive daily sales operations, fostering a culture of achievement and success.Monitor key sales KPIs, initiate improvements, and ensure disciplined CRM practices.Strategic Business DevelopmentIdentify new opportunities to refine outbound techniques.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to enhance customer experience and launch new products effectively.Qualifications3+ years of outbound sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.Proven success in scaling outbound teams and optimizing performance.Strong command of OKRs to focus on results-driven team objectives.Analytical thinker with strategic foresight, capable of data-driven decision-making.Highly process-oriented with expertise in CRM and sales process optimization.Inspirational leader with a passion for team success and a focus on creating an enjoyable work environment.
