To support our growth, we are recruiting a Salesforce Architect for our Barcelona Service Centre.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Functional & Technical Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to support transformative projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will specialize in Consumer Goods Cloud and possess a strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce expert to collaborate with large accounts, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to the tobacco industry, with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud.Business Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.Technical Leadership: Guide the development team on best practices, including Apex development, Lightning components, and integration with third-party systems.Customization & Configuration: Oversee and execute complex Salesforce customizations, workflows, and configurations.Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, analytics platforms, etc.).Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.Data Management: Ensure high data quality and integrity, particularly in sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.Training: Provide guidance and training to end-users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.Qualifications & ExperienceMust-Have:Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally in consumer goods industries.Expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and its functionalities.Strong technical skills in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL).Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Heroku, or others.Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.Familiarity with B2B and B2C processes.Nice-to-Have:Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.Experience with regulatory compliance challenges (ideally in the tobacco industry).Background in CRM solutions for supply chain and distribution networks.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Your personal qualities will make the difference: rigorous professional ethics, autonomy while having a team spirit, analysis and synthesis skills, listening, creativity, sense of service, sense of customer relations, diplomacy, commitment...
