Sanofi is globally deploying its new back-office cross-functional system processes - covering Finance, SBS, Supply Chain and Trade across all GBUs - through the implementation of a Global ERP (SHIFT project) using SAP S4/HANA technology.
Main responsibilities.
Define, suggest, improve templates and ensure steps for conformity to guidelines.
Adapt necessary governance to ensure accuracy and freshness of the information.
Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics Facilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS) Simplifying processes and Sanofi users’ experience State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user’s experience Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology About you Experience Expertise in SAP Basis and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of integration principles and practices.
Proven experience in creating and implementing technical guidelines.
Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team effectively.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Soft and technical skills.
Master S4 Centre of Excellence, technical methodologies, approach and tools and support functional and technical design   Knowledge of various integration methods, both with and without development.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Languages.
