They are looking for a SAP Service Specialist with solid experience in AM management and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
Main goal.
Coordinating AM activities, ensuring efficient performance and timely response to incidents and improvement requests.
Prioritize tasks and lead optimization initiatives that maximize the value of the system to the business, ensuring that operations flow smoothly and agreed service levels are met.
A key role in the identification of improvement areas and in the coordination between the technical and functional teams, ensuring the correct execution of the initiatives and the fulfillment of the expectations of the key users, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities.
· SAP Application Management (AM).
in charge of the administration, support and continuous improvement of the SAP system in all functional areas of the company.
· Actively participate in SAP improvement projects, upgrades and new implementations.
· Be the primary liaison with key users to understand their needs and ensure efficient adoption of SAP processes across the organization.
· Coordinate with external vendors for the resolution of incidents and enhancements that require specialized support.
· Work closely with internal and external IT teams to ensure the proper functioning of the system and coordinate activities such as testing, implementations and migrations.
· Monitor and report on service performance, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations.
Requirements.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in managing SAP AMs services, preferably in the industrial sector.
· In-depth knowledge of key SAP modules (such as FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).
· Demonstrated ability in managing SAP process improvement and optimization projects.
· Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical needs into understandable solutions for key users and other stakeholders.
· Experience in managing relationships with key users and training teams.
· University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
· SAP certifications and knowledge of ITIL, PMP will be highly valued.
· Great organizational skills, problem-solving and decision making.
· Spoken and written English.
