SAP SERVICE SPECIALIST

Our client is a company in the Industrial sector oriented to the manufacturing, established in several countries around the world. They are looking for a SAP Service Support with experience SAP and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement and functional support. A position for an end client.Main goal: Coordinating AM activities, ensuring efficient performance and timely response to incidents and improvement requests. Prioritize tasks and lead optimization initiatives that maximize the value of the system to the business, ensuring that operations flow smoothly and agreed service levels are met.Coordination between the technical and functional teams, ensuring the correct execution of the initiatives and the fulfillment of the expectations of the key users, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions and giving functional support.Responsibilities:• SAP Application Management (AM) : in charge of the administration, support and continuous improvement of the SAP system in all functional areas of the company.• Actively participate in SAP improvement projects, upgrades and new implementations.• Be the primary liaison with key users to understand their needs and ensure efficient adoption of SAP processes across the organization.• Coordinate with external vendors for the resolution of incidents and enhancements that require specialized support.• Work closely with internal and external IT teams to ensure the proper functioning of the system and coordinate activities such as testing, implementations and migrations.• Monitor and report on service performance, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations.Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing SAP services, preferably in the industrial sector.• In-depth knowledge of key SAP modules (such as FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).• Demonstrated ability in managing SAP process improvement and optimization projects.• Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical needs into understandable solutions for key users and other stakeholders.• University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.• SAP certifications and knowledge of ITIL, PMP will be highly valued.• Spoken and written English.What we offer:• Competitive salary, depending on experience (fixed part + % bonus + benefits package)• Hybrid work mode: 1-2 days per week remote work.• Location: Getafe, poligono industrial.
