Her/his job is to make sure incidents and service requests are addressed in a timely manner and the account teams can work. Work Profile and key responsibilities:Execution of Service Operation working as 1st level on the service requests & incidentsOn- & Offboarding for project team members Responsible for delivering the Project IT WorkplaceResponsible for workplace support (Knowledge about applications, projects, services)Account asset ManagementEfficient handling of Service Desk tickets ensuring tasks are kept up to date and that support issues are resolved within SLAAccurate documentation of all work and ensure measures are in place to allow others to pick up Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, change, problem, configuration, and knowledge managementSkillsAt least 3 years’ experience working in a service deskFluent EnglishExcellent user communication skills Experience working in a global organizationKnowledge of IT service management (ideally certified in ITIL)Basic Knowledge of IT operations and MS OfficeOptional: Knowledge about Toolset (Service Now)Basic Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and service automationIndependent, structured team playerCapable of being self-managedWe will evaluate all applications.
