#LI-EU Role & Responsabilities • The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing strategy and transformation projects in leading retail companies • Support senior executives on Practice and Thought leadership development • Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues within area of expertise.
• Support on developing new and/or complex assets and offerings while developing the most talented resources.
Requirements We are looking for a Manager to be part of the leading Strategy practice in RETAIL Industry.
We are looking professional with experience in.
• Min 5-year experience in Strategy Consulting Firms, working for retail companies.
• Financial and commercial acumen • Business impact mindset.
Ability to capture real impact (Incremental revenues, cost efficiencies, etc.) • Proved experience in any of these areas.
Commercial Strategy and Planning, Buying & Merchandising, Category and Portfolio Management, Pricing, Promotion Strategy, Channel and E-Commerce Strategy, Customer Management and Loyalty • Experience in the use of data, technology and digitalization in generating value for clients.
Preferred Skills • Proven experience in managing teams in a consulting environment.
• Analytical and critical thinking • Problem solving skills.
