Our innovative technologies and services empower organizations to create smarter, more efficient, and engaging workplaces, enhancing productivity and well-being.As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, identifying and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities. This role is perfect for young potentials who are eager to grow and develop their skills in sales with the goal of advancing to a Sales Executive position in the long term. Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients within the commercial and industrial sectors.- Generate and qualify new leads through prospecting activities, including outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Spanish market.- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).Qualifications:- Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
