SEMICONDUCTORS ECOSYSTEM ENGINEER

As a Semiconductors Ecosystem Engineer, you are in charge of defining and developing ecosystem strategic studies in the semiconductor field, supporting high-level decision-making in this and other strategic fields under development, either regionally and internationally. In this role, you´ll grow and develop connections with key players in the global semiconductors ecosystem, strengthening Andalusia's position as an international hub for technological innovation. If you have a passion for driving innovation in this field, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.ResponsibilitiesLead research studies and strategic market analysis on trends in the semiconductors field, with a special focus on emerging technologies, of SystemArchitecture and design cybersecurity, advanced comms, AI and applied technologies.Collaborate with universities, research centers, and leading companies to generate strategic reports that boost the competitiveness of this field at a global level.Define and implement strategies aligned with the economic and innovation objectives of the region in this field, as well as with international market trends.Identify and promote opportunities for investment, international cooperation, and business development, highlighting the competitive strengths of semiconductors field in Andalusia.Promoting strategic alliances between players in the research, development and innovation ecosystem, facilitating knowledge and technology transfer.Advise public and private bodies in strategic decision-making through the preparation of technical and market reports with economic impact.Minimum Requirements:7+ years of experience in market analysis, preferably semiconductors, of SystemArchitecture and design advanced comms, AI or cybersecurity technologies.Demonstrated ability to generate strategic reports and influence decision-making at the executive level.Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.Ability to work in international environments.Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering MSc or related university studies.MBA or advanced business management, market research and strategic development professional experience.Preferred RequirementsExtensive knowledge in applied technologies to the semiconductors, AI, advanced comms or cybersecurity fields.Experience working with innovation ecosystems and their impact on strategic fields such as healthcare, automotive, IoT, connected vehicle, aeronautics, circular economy and advanced manufacturing.Analytical and strategic capacity to identify development and expansion opportunities in emerging markets.Experience in large-scale technological projects management and coordination of technical and multidisciplinary teams.About Innova IRV Foundation Innova IRV Foundation is a center for technological innovation applied to the industry that promotes, develops and encourages knowledge transfer activities to generate value in the market with focus in the areas of SystemArchitecture and design, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Advanced Communications and Microelectronics.
