We are a fully distributed organisation where each member enjoys high autonomy and trust and is passionate about building great products.If you share our values, come shape the future of restaurants!The RoleYou’ll be joining the Customer Success team, with responsibility to make the implementation and usage of Cheerfy an undisputed success, with special focus into medium and large restaurant groups.You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision makers in Key Accounts.You will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new accounts and launch of the different Cheerfy services.You will be responsible for helping Key Accounts develop and implement new use cases to address their business needs.You will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities and for working with the Account Executive (sales) to close them.You will be responsible for accurately maintaining your accounts’ status within the company’s CRM (Hubspot).About You10 years experience managing business customers Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skillsKnowledge of the restaurant sector in Spain.Knowledgeable about the technology ecosystem in restaurant groups, and curious about learning about multiple digital platforms.Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skillsAttention to detailInitiative and ability to work independentlyAbility to travelFluent in Spanish and EnglishWe Offer YouFull-time positionGross Annual Earnings: base salary TBA, plus 20% bonus based on targets set by the company.Home-based, in or around Madrid.Flexible working hoursHappiness :-)
